Okay, one of my favorite foods is french fries. My dad loved them. My dad also passed away at the premature age of 72. Now, I’m not saying it was the french fries but I do believe that food does affect our health. I’ll post more about that in an upcoming article on Thriving Without Meat.
Anyway, I was really dying (hmm…choose a better word…) yearning for some good salty fries. But I like to keep my diet mostly clean and mostly from plants–okay potatoes count for plant food but you know what I mean. So, I came up with this fantastic recipe…yummy in your tummy sweet potato fries. Can you say, ahhhhhhhh! Enjoy.

This is an excellent idea…thx! I recently went thru inexplicable (docs couldn’t find anything wrong!) stomach pains. I’m better now, all due to eating healthier. One of the difficult things about eating well is finding creative ways to avoid the bad foods. Your sweet potato recipe is definitely going to help! Thanks for the tip, I’ll keep checking back for more of your ideas.
